Alexandria

This verdant fusing is called Alexandria and is part of a 4 part series called The Squad– inspired by the four democratic women elected to the United States House of Representatives in 2018. Alexandria is named for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez-the youngest woman ever to be elected into Congress. This artwork is composed of a variety of green and yellow canes fused at 1460° F, and can be displayed in different orientations.
