  1. LICENSE PERIOD: Ignite Glass LLC shall license all or part of the Licensed Premise(s) Ignite Glass Studios Hot Shop Studio to Licensee for the following period(s):

    12. Glass Blowing Selection: [i4w_db__GroupExperience]: One of our resident professionals will guide each of your guests, one-on-one to create a simple drinking glass (tumbler, stemless wine glass, rocks) of his or her color choice.
      **Note: A final count for [i4w_db__GroupExperience] will be due no later than fifteen (15) days before the Glassblowing Event date. The final invoice price will be calculated on the guaranteed count or on the actual number of individuals that participate on the day of the Glassblowing Event, whichever number is greater.
  2.   3. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food and Beverages are not allowed as part of Licensee’s Glass Blowing Event unless approved by Ignite Glass Studios Venue Coordinator. Events that have exclusive use of the Ignite Glass Studios Hot Shop, may contract food and beverage service through any of the catering companies listed on the Ignite Glass Studios Approved Vendor List. If the event client wishes to contract a caterer not listed on the Ignite Glass Studios Approved Vendor List, the event client agrees to obtain prior approval from Ignite Glass Studios and agrees to pay Ignite Glass Studios a $100 (one time) administrative and cleaning fee. “BYOB” is not permitted.
  4. FORCE MAJEURE: Ignite Glass LLC shall not be liable to Licensee for any failure, inability or delay in performing pursuant to this Agreement if caused by fire, strike, war, insurrection, government restrictions, an act of God, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ignite Glass LLC. Ignite Glass LLC shall notify Licensee of the Force Majeure condition as soon as it is practical to do so. In the event of a Force Majeure condition, Ignite Glass LLC shall, at Licensee’s option (a) use every reasonable effort to reschedule and conduct the Event as quickly as possible after the Force Majeure condition has passed or the Facility has been restored, or (b) return the License Fee paid by Licensee.
  5. RULES AND REGULATIONS: Ignite Glass LLC reserves the right to prescribe reasonable rules and regulations for the use of the Premises. Licensee, Licensee’s agents, employees, patrons, guests or invitees shall, therefore, use and occupy the Licensed Premises pursuant to all Ignite Glass LLC’s rules and regulations. Licensee agrees to assume full responsibility for the character and acts or conducts of all persons admitted to the Licensed Premises during the License Period. Ignite Glass LLC reserves the right at any time to eject unruly, disorderly or otherwise disruptive persons from the Facility, including the Licensed Premises, and Licensee hereby waives any right or claim for damages in connection with Ignite Glass LLC’s exercise of this right.
  6. USE OF THE PREMISES: Licensee must use the Premises in a manner satisfactory to Ignite Glass LLC. Licensee must confine its activities at the Facility strictly to those of its Licensed Premises and must not obstruct access to the Facility, interfere with the transaction of the business of Ignite Glass LLC, obstruct public access or convenience, jeopardize the safety of persons or property, or cause justifiable public criticism. Licensee must control its sound amplification usage so that noise levels do not exceed reasonable limits.
  7. CANCELLATION:
    1. In the event Licensee terminates this Agreement or cancels the Event for any reason, Ignite Glass LLC will retain the full amount of the balance paid.
    2. Any changes to the contracted event date must be made 15 days in advance and will be subject to a $500 additional fee.

  8. HOT SHOP STUDIO SET-UP: Ignite Glass Studios will provide bleachers seating for up to 40 guests. No tables and chairs may be set-up in the Hot Shop Studio for use by the guests except tables to be used for food and beverages service if previously approved by Ignite Glass Studios Venue Coordinator.
