Hot Glass Sculpting Workshop with Karen Willenbrink-Johnsen and Jasen Johnsen
March 19, 2014
Explore the “Windy City” through its glass studios and art venues and learn about our thriving art glass community here in Chicago. Ignite Glass Studios looks forward to partnering with seven other art venues on March 19, 2014 to celebrate Day of Glass, which is free to the public.
Between the hours of 9am-noon, Ignite welcomes all visitors to watch a hot-sculpting demonstration by leading artist Karen Willenbrink-Johnsen in addition to touring our studio facility and to meet our staff artisans.
Each participating studio will be collecting visitor information. Guests who complete the Day of Glass tour by visiting each venue will be entered into a raffle to win one of eight incredible prizes donated by each Day of Glass studio.
